If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of kx98, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered members who hold an active account, and any person who participates in any promotion, tournament, or special event offered by kx98. The terms apply regardless of the device used to access the platform — desktop, mobile browser, or any other internet-enabled device.

The platform is operated in English and all contractual communications, including these terms, account notifications, support interactions, and promotional communications, will be conducted in English.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the conflicting document explicitly states otherwise. kx98 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior individual notice. If it is determined at any point that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, kx98 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining deposited funds to the payment method used for the original deposit. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated in the account will be forfeited in their entirety.

To access real-money gaming services on kx98, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration flow. One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active kx98 account at any given time. Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kx98 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, disclose them in any online forum, or store them in an unsecured location. kx98 customer support staff will never request your password under any circumstances — any communication purporting to be from kx98 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including any deposits, wagers, withdrawals, or other transactions made while your credentials are in use, whether by yourself or by any other person who has gained access to your account through your negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kx98 immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to player security and fraud prevention, kx98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage of your membership — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at kx98's discretion. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although very large deposits may be subject to additional verification. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, please contact kx98 support via live chat with your payment reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kx98 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next available business day.

Withdrawals will only be approved to payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the name on your kx98 account. kx98 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where the destination account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Prohibited Financial Conduct

The following financial conduct is strictly prohibited on the kx98 platform:

• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine wagering activity (commonly known as "bonus washing" or "payment processing")
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you do not have explicit authorisation
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting kx98 support to resolve the matter

Where prohibited financial conduct is identified, kx98 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, place a hold on all pending withdrawals, and report the activity to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

kx98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New kx98 members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players in Bangladesh who register a new account, complete the KYC verification process, and make a minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the current welcome bonus promotion terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per IP address.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your kx98 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for most kx98 bonuses is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer-specific terms.

The following types of wagers do not contribute to wagering requirements, or contribute at a reduced rate:

• Bets placed using real-money funds (only bonus-funded bets count towards wagering, unless stated otherwise)
• Bets placed on games that are excluded from the specific bonus promotion
• Bets placed at stakes below the minimum qualifying bet threshold
• Voided, cancelled, or drawn bets in sports betting markets

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

kx98 monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings, and in serious cases close accounts, where evidence of the following is found:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit bonus terms (advantage play)
• Using automated tools or bots to place wagers to clear wagering requirements
• Depositing and withdrawing funds without the intent to engage in genuine recreational gaming

Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the offer terms. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not cleared wagering requirements before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. kx98 does not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kx98 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. kx98 will not be held liable for losses or missed winnings resulting from technical malfunctions outside kx98's direct control, including failures in third-party game provider systems, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or device-level failures.

All kx98 members are expected to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm the experience of other users or the operational integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Impersonating another individual or using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting to manipulate outcomes or odds
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in sports markets
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kx98 staff members or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the kx98 platform, including administrative systems or other players' accounts
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing kx98 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

kx98 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a violation of these terms. Where a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, kx98 may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of balances. kx98 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of any suspected criminal conduct.

kx98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Identified or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure
• The account being inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kx98 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that they need to stop gambling for personal or wellbeing reasons may request a self-exclusion at any time. Players can reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support to confirm their identity.
